About Us
Based in Telford, Ex-Force's to Community's supports veterans, service leavers, and their families as they adjust to civilian life- offering friendship, guidance and a sense of belonging
Our Story
Ex-Forces to Community's was founded in 2025 by Stuart Cook, a passionate advocate for veteran welfare in Telford.
After seeing how difficult it can be for service leavers to reconnect with civilian life, the charity was created to bridge that gap- helping former forces members rebuild confidence, find community and access the support they deserve.
What began as a small local initiative has grown into a trusted hub where veterans and families can find friendship, advice and a renewed sense of purpose.
Our Mission
To provide veterans, serving personnel in transition, and their families with the tools, connections and support they need to thrive in civilian life.
We believe that by strengthening community bonds, we strengthen lives- ensuring no one who has served feels left behind.

Our Team
Behind Ex-Forces to Community's is a small but dedicated team of veterans, volunteers and local supporters who share a passion for helping others succeed. Together, we deliver projects, organise events and work with local partners to make Telford a place where ex-forces personnel and their families can truly thrive.
